I have registered for the IRIS and have also tested it. On Thursday, I logon to the site a few hours before the site gets upgraded and I found several registrants there waiting in a queue. There were a generic login account and password (testlogin) that people use to get in last week but the last time I checked, it has been deactivated. I did logon during the weekend using my own account but there is no agent available, so a window popped up and informed me that an agent will call me back. Regarding the new site, the functionality will be the same but the graphics at the new site will be better. It also runs faster now too since the site is hosted on faster servers at Exodus. For some of the testers who have not tested lately, they have added the payment option through Western Union and the customers have to wire in the money within 2 hours of booking a flight.

Concerning your question about IFLY growing too fast and cannot find cheap tickets any longer, I think it's still a long way from dominating the travel market as the travel market is huge and it's very fragmented among small travel agencies. There is no company, even the big ones such as Expedia or Travelocity, that has more than a few percent of the market. So it's only a matter for IFLY to be more efficient and more customer oriented to steal the market shares of other travel agencies to grow. IFLY is currently among the top 100 independent travel agencies in the U.S., and the goal is to be the top 50 within a year or two according to management.
