Thanks, John. I used MB as a back up at one point, but not any more. For someone who has an important day job, I really think my friend Steve Goldman's firm will meet your needs the best. They have pre-market, after-market trades; even on the busiest days, they answer your phone within 2 rings and usually able to enter your order, fill it with the best possible price and confirm it within 20 secs. Check his thread out and decide.
