Susan,
Their isn't enough room on this board to list my dumb stock buys or sells. You are absolutely correct about the tax selling season. What a great time to "bottom fish" and find some bargains. A good friend asked me to take a look at PRCY as a possible bargain. The insider sell post just caught my eye. Best of luck to the longs on this stock and who knows, I might join the ranks after a little DD on my part. Good Luck in '99.
