Points well taken. Regarding your last paragraph. If no other OS competes, I can see Apple and MS coming to blows so to speak. It has to happen. If Apple captures more market, it's going to be at MS's expense. One can laugh at this idea considering the market share MS has but if Apple can sustain a market share greater than 10% or even much higher, it's going to hurt MS.
