Thanks, Tommaso. I was in very close contact for many years with a floor trader on phlx. I knew that I didn't make it up. I scoured cboe and could find nothing the other day. So I sent them a message, which I guess will be answered on Monday.

The text you linked to said 10 contracts or less at the prevailing market quote in the most active series . I think the "active series" thing is the deal. Leaps are rarely or perhaps never "active series". I appreciate you following up on this.
