I'd like to find a data file containing moon phases and dates, in a form similar to

mm/dd/yy , phase (ie, 1/1/99, Full)

I'd like to use this for backtesting moon-phase trading strategies, so I need to cover from at least 1/1/95 to current and then some period in the future.

Does anyone know where I can find this information or an algorithm for producing it in Visual basic or some other programming language?
