Okay, all this talk of 'money management'.... Can we summarize just what we mean by this? Do we mean actually *placing* definite stops somewhere below our entry point? Do we mean *having* some definite pre-defined exit strategy, if plans go awry? Do we mean that we must *reconcile* ourselves to taking some particular loss should prices turn down?

And must we do this planning *before* we enter long?
