The average selling price of a home last year was 375,000 (forget where i read it, so don't ask). and the majority of us that live here do so because we can afford to. It is a beautiful place to live with some of the friendliest residents you'll find anywhere. The quality of life here is first class. Come visit us this month and you will find local people will talk to anyone. You will make friends just walkng thru the grocery store.
