You are right I did ask and I enjoy this thread. I really have no interest in stock investment, I don't have the time to study all of the ins and outs so most of my extra is in mutual funds. However, listening to all of the participants on this thread reminds me of reading Mark Twain's stories about Virginia City when it was a booming mining community. Everyday someone would strike it rich and start selling "feet" in their discovery. One person sold so many that when they figured it out, the tunnel would have to extend 300 yards through the mountain and extend into mid-air.

As I stated, I have a passion for mining. I plan on writing a book about some aspects of the industry and this thread will certainly provide me with some good material.

If it had not been for the mention of Pt. in this property I would not have given it a second thought. Gold is found in a lot of places and the usual problem with gold deposits is that they are not big enough or rich enough. But there is usually gold. I know Behre-Dolbear is a reputable firm. And when it is all said and done they will simply say that they did what the client paid them to do and that they can't be held responsible if the client misused or represented their work. I have yet to see anything from BD, only what IPMCF says they say.

Anyway I am going to sit back and amuse myself by following this thread. I wish you all the best and I really do hope someone has found Pt in AZ. In the meantime, remember what Mark Twain had to say about gold mining.

"A gold mine is a hole in the ground with a liar at the top!"
