Spamming is a direct violation of SI "Terms of Use"

C. You agree not to use the service for the transmission of junk mail, spam, chain letters, or unsolicited mass distribution of e-mail.

Billy B spammed the same message 8 times in 20 minutes to six different threads and has thus been reported to SiBob and the WebMistress.

I'd greatly appreciate it if others would likewise report such blatant violators of SI's said "Terms of Use".
