The Market... We continue to see improving A/D and McClellan Summation numbers... decisionpoint.com Look for a break of the 2250 area on the McClellan Summation Index to herald a move to new highs for the market... A failure there could mean a correction... New Lows dipped below 40 again and New Highs moved over 100 again... decisionpoint.com This is a bullish combination... I think the market will head higher in the short term... I also like Small Cap Value funds and European funds... As for sectors, the Y2k area is starting to heat up again... Look for TAVA, and KEA to move up... We may also see a turnaround in those Emerging market funds... Jim
