Del,the company has 72mm shares out,and stated in it's filing, " The Registrant's working capital resources during the years ended March 31, 1997 and March 31, 1998 have been provided primarily from two sources: (1) the efforts of the Management of the Registrant in bringing capital to the Registrant through the use of Private Placements, as well as direct loans arranged by Management, and (2) equity conversions arranged by it's investment bankers." sec.yahoo.com This tells me they won't hesitate to further dilute.. Looking at the trades on the 31st,I see a number of large blocks traded (300k sh),this makes me wonder if consultants/compensated affiliates aren't dumping some stock,further increasing the float size...I said I'm not interested,thanks DD
