Hi Scott - I hope you are feeling better. Yes that new building is stellar! I understand that it has an employee gym with all the newest weight lifting equipment, showers, changing rooms and other sport facilities. Also that new cafeteria is a big hit. I am told the food is quite good. These new facilities are well worth the investment as Novell's biggest assets are their employees.

Novell does not really own the building but has the option to purchase their long term lease (ie. buy out clause) from the builder at a fixed price. They still own the land however.

Did you fly in on the Novell charter plane or take a standard commercial flight? You can almost walk from the air port to their new building. I wonder if CEO Schmidt is qualified yet to fly the Novell airplane? You know he has been taking flying lessons....
