This sounds like a book I must read, because it seems to have a lot in common with the work I do on competitive dynamics of industries. Oh, I wish I were not short Amazon so I could just pop over there and buy it. God forbid I do that and they make their revenue number by $16 and the stock rallies because of me! Oh, I forgot the reason I shorted Amazon and not Microsoft. There's no barrier to entry. Barnes & Noble.com here I come! JJC
