Thanksgiving week. They were busy. Website was down and couldn't get anyone on the line for 25 minutes. Once I got through and after waiting 25 minutes I was disconnected. It was just a disconnect. I had to call back and wait another 25 minutes while I watched a fast mover (MZON I think) tank. I could have.......well, made a killing. It happened the next week also on SKYM (I think) It made a difference of, I guessed, $80,000 or so. It is water under the bridge now, so I don't try to remember exactly which stock it was. But the same day, I opened another account with a broker I knew I could get in touch with. Good Luck! KZAP
