First off, when you respond to me, please do not use the caps lock.

Secondly, I am confused, do you consider someone who is a "Schwab 500" client a big account, or a small account?

Thirdly, most brokerage house only allocate IPOs to only their best accounts/clients. At least Schwab, which by the way is a Discount Brokerage, offers IPOs to their clients. Remember, Schwab was not the underwriter.
