Unfortunately, there was a civil rights suit filed and ole Bubba had a duty to answer those questions truthfully when placed under oath and to refrain from soliciting and submitting false affidavits. The unfortunate part of these sexual harassment suits is that they are very intrusive into "private" matters. JLA
