They should have cut a deal with this guy years ago... To have an issue like this lingering at this time is unbelievable.. They could have given him a big chunk of stock and made the whole thing go away.. Although His claim is mostly to do with depixalization in the LCD projector I just hope they built firewalls into this product making sure it was free and clear....
