Well, I'm sitting on a little cash right now and I'm waiting with baited (not bated) breath for the 1/5 report from the court. Does anyone think the news will be good enough to give us a little jolt here? As I see it, there are four possible outcomes: 1. No decision, no impact. 2. Unfavorable decision, no impact because the current price reflects only current revenues/earnings. 3. The judge says Voxel is ours. Impact?????? Hard to figure whether the market will like us buying what has in the past been a real money loser. Our successful acquisition of Voxel may actually have a negative effect on share price??? 4. The judge gives Voxel to someone else who gives us some bucks to get lost. Impact? Probably favorable as it would improve our balance sheet with no outlay. Thoughts anyone??? George
