I looked into the merger partner, SRAD, once Rose International, once Struthers, once tied to NexTech, Rose Color, SPS, Proactive Technologies, Reconversion Technologies and JBW. Some of these companies are empty shells, some trade at pennies a share, but none have had any apparent success. Checked out a guy named G. David Gordon, seems to be a Tulsa lawyer primarily involved in securities law and the legalities of investment banking. Does not look good.
The resultant company of SRAD is a product of several reverse acquisitions, name changes, asset draining of companies to the apparent personal profit of principals, lawsuits from other companies, lawsuit from a government municipality, bankruptcies, malpractice lawsuits, fraudulent appropriation of corporate assets, more bankruptcies, and so on and so on.
A couple of guys named Joel Holt and Richard Clark come in as close seconds to Gordon. expect to see their names in future. The nest crawls so squirmingly that you can get a headache trying to get to the bottom of it all.
Not sure what to make of all this...but it does not look promising.... the more research I do ...the more concerned I become...
any other info anyone has would be appreciate.....mary |
