dear kimberly,
i was trading elbo last couple of weeks and mash never put my order up. they were obviously filling from somewhere else. i called and expressed my dissatisfaction and after i was on the phone with one of my team members for 13 minutes all of a sudden my order showed up as being sold- but it should have been sold 15 minutes earlier but was never posted by mash. the stock had dropped far below my limit price when it appeared in my system as sold.funny this was 13 minutes after i started complaining about all of this to the schwab person.mysteriously, the next trade i put up was represented by mash instantaneously, but after that they forgot about me again and none of my orders popped up as mash on level II again. this is forcing me to move on. can you believe it!!! same thing happened tome all of the time last summer with web street. web street's levelII was 60 seconds behind the real market!!i found out by using another quote service side by side!!! web street did not represent well either and with quotes at least one minute behind you didn't stand a chance. no wonder they are free on 1,000 shares of nasdaq stocks.
anyway good luck!!!
sincerely,
luanne
