I'm really surprised to see that Watley sometimes still charges full commissions on multiple executions of the same order. It is a mistake, of course, and when it happened to me (before I left them in February) they always made the correction without any problem. But it was a nuisance to have to keep on calling them to correct a problem which should have been changed in their computers.

I recently visited their web site and see that Watley has added many terrific features. I guess this (understandably) had a higher priority for their programmers than attending to this detail which they always resolved when contacted.

I might add another thing as a compliment to them. On one occasion I had a problem with their computer system that screwed up a trade that cost me several thousands. Without hesitation they unwound the trade and restored my loss. How many firms would do that?
