Hi, Gaurav, How do you fell recently? I am a customer of the Etrade for about three years and see Etrade improving. However, Etrade get bad recently. I am fustrated due to difficult to connect into its website. For example, today is very bad when I want know what is happening in the market. Thanks god, market did not crash. Yestoday, I set a order to short sell 1000 shares of YHOO at $35. first I was told that my order could not be accepted due insufficient money in my account. after few mins I was told that the message was incorrect and order was reinstalled. However, I was told my order did not been filled after close when YHOO closed at $35 1/4 (bid 35 and ask 35 1/4). Do you think this is acceptable? I try call Etrade but could not get through after hold the line for over one hour. Therefore, I hope you can give me some advice about how to deal such unpleasant thing. Thank you! Haolin
