Sowbug, well I guess some "individuals" would benefit only 3 months, others would benefit an entire year. I hadn't even considered us little guys though. I was thinking more in terms of the behemoth mutual funds. Don't these guys just have to declare CAP GAIN distributions on 12/31? Its really only funds and institutions selling that could cause a market correction. Gary
