I doubt that GMGC would be interested in purchasing the software division due to the current cash and revenue situation and also due to the scalability that GMGC currently has within the NOC. Why buy a software division and tie down your resources when a better system could come down the pipeline and be easily adapted to the NOC. Take care and I will look at AlphaCONNECT's web site. Kurt
