<<John said that they were still kicking around the numbers for how much a membership would cost and the latest projections were between $299 and $499.>>

Yes I do understand that the price points for memebership are an all important area. Too high and you run the risk of losing potential members.... too low and you cut your own throat. I do think that given the time frame that these issues had best be computed and figured into the business model as soon as possible. Of course I would hate to be among the first buyers to buy a membership only to have the price reduced at a later point. Will shareholders have any reduced rates???

Also.. as is ever so popular with many private buying clubs.... what is to prevent me from using my membership to purchase for a relative (a non-member) ? Granted that RDIM will still obtain a 10% charge for the purchase but the fact remains that some perspective members may form strategic alliances with other friends and or relatives to reduce the introductory membership fee. Is that membership fee an annual thing? I would expect it to be given the likes of Sam's Club and some others.

Sometimes it's better to let things just happen rather than looking under every rock.

I am usually more like a big ole bear who turns over a lot of rocks.... when I make an investment. I have been burned early on with an Internet Telephony play that went sour in spite of some heavy DD. Been there and done that. Ain't about to stop asking a lot of questions and doing as much DD as I can. As I said I am in and might get in even deeper but I need to see, read, touch, hear things about this company from other sources than the ones that we have been directed to. I know how that came works and it usually amounts to the equivalent of musical chairs.

As far as I am concerned the day that RDIM fails to meet its delivery of its established timetable is the day that one should start looking for the exit. I hope that won't happen but the possibility always exists.... I don't mean to sound sour and I can be the best of cheerleaders.... but I really hope they become fully reporting VERY SOON.

As for now go RDIM.... I can't wait for the name change. Perhaps Joe Kernan of CNBC will be informing the investment community in general about it. Of course Mr. Kernan is sometimes pretty cynical on Internet Mania.... yet some positive public cable exposure would probably help considerably....
