"Help someone, why am I getting those little annoying boxes, asking if I want to disconnect every five minutes?" any of these should work... winfiles.com also, you can try loading a page that is continually refreshed, and that should be enough to keep your isp from 86'ing you. you could also call the isp (unless it's aol, they won't change) and request that they adjust your connect time and session time. good luck :) mark
