thinking about the bands some more, now I think it adds up. AB&C are 30 MHz each, or 15 MHz uplink and 15 MHz downlink, so it adds up to 90 MHz plus DE&F at 10 MHz each, or 5 each way, adds up to 120 MHz, which is the entire PCS range - divided into 2 blocks of 60 MHz for sending and receiving.

I wonder how Omnipoint ended up with A and D block in New York City market? Weren't there any rules to prevent it?
