10:33 Projectavision Says Court OKs Receiver For Suing Ex-Officer NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--Projectavision Inc. (PJTV) said Friday a New York court authorized the appointment of a temporary receiver to safeguard whatever interests, if any, a former officer may have in certain of the company's patents. In a press release, the company said its plans to launch its Digital Home Theatre during the first quarter remain unaffected by the recent decision in ongoing litigation with Dolgoff. The company said the Digital Home Theatre, which it developed after Dolgoff's termination, isn't a subject of the Dolgoff lawsuit and is expected to be outside the purview of the temporary receiver.
