There is more than one way to practice safe sex. Pregnancy does occur with the use of condoms as a result a statistical reliability problem. I could get more specific but that would entail much talk about STD's. So, I think you are assuming too much here. However, I want to commend you for your strict interpretation of safe sex as being only sex with a condom. But there is no way ML could have gotten pregnant from their meetings.

I take exception to your characterization of his activities as tawdry.
Sex in of itself can always be cheapened by prurient men.
There was nothing wrong per se in what Clinton and Lewinsky did.
The dreary religious zealots who want absolute control of people's sexuality have made an issue of this.They must be defeated to make the world safe for recreational sex in public office. The worst thing that can happen to this nation is to have a bunch of sexually repressed old men in control of the nations laws.
