Now enough is enough folks. Any of us that have followed the market for years is aware of just who Anthony is and I'm sure he's made a dollar or two here and there. That Cygnet Securities/WS Clearing thing has been history for some time too. I've read a lot of the court documents and I think if Anthony had been involved in anything more than just shorting it he'd be working at 7-11 right now since very few if any firms will hire anyone that was involved with that mess which involved dozens of stocks - not just RACE. Matter of fact I don't think any of them can ever get a license again and I understand the SEC is still quite embarrassed over the whole thing. Too bad they decided to "sweep it all under the rug" as opposed to informing the public as soon as they were aware of the situation. I am still very irked at the SEC over the way they handled this matter since a number of people were aware of it long before the actual investing public was. Know what? I was finally able to confirm it about a day before it hit but I didn't sell a share. Sure - I lost a lot due to margin calls but I've been able to add back to my supply over time due to the lower prices. I still believe firmly in the technology and I think I've made a correct decision through my research.
