I see some share dilution coming guess you do not. Nor do I...could you please point to a paragraph in an SEC document that screams of dilution? Listen to this: Madera makes a PROFIT. It doesn't need to issue shares to pay for ANYTHING anymore. As the costs of creating the new website are well within the means of the company, what else might require dilution? I hope you will answer this, because I don't see myself to have blinders on. Cheers! Rick
