Ok Here Are the Accurate numbers....

AOL has a Total outstanding share balance of
over 458 MILLION ..These are shares in the Float.Netscape has a Total
of 99 Million shares outstanding.... After the Merger AOL
will have an approximate 500 Million shares in the float.

With people mentioning SPLITS ( even if its the basic 2-1)
That would put AOL having over 1 Billion shares Outstanding.

I have not heard of company Buybacks on AOL to decrease the Float
on AOL.... So how people can see a Split like I said
NEVER have you heard of a Company Splitting after or even
before putting up 4.5 billion dollars.....

I will BITE MY HAT if this happens But again NO WAY no HOW
only if Netscape Deal falls through there is a slight possibility.
BTW I own 1000 shares of Netscape at 22.00
I also Own 100 shares of AOL at 79.00 after the last split.

So I cant see a SPLIT anytime this year or early next year.
