[PAIR Perspective] jim and engineer and pat. I'm a long-term holder of PAIR and it has done me well. I regard them as a pioneer in xDSL technology and respect their managment. They know, and have known that theirs (HDSL) is a short term, selected opportunity. 1998 Will be a "whole new ball game" replete with D-Slams which PAIR hopes to have. "Driving in a Fog" The future is a big "Puzzle" and PAIR hopes to have a "piece or two". "A piece or two!" Their not the pace setter. They're trying to stay in the race! I really detect no anymosity between PAIR and AMTX. Their working on different ends of the spectrum (currently). PAIR knows they're the chubby kid who has to huff and puff to stay in the ball game. And they have an established customer base and working relations with several RBOCs and the foresight that they must change to stay alive. In the long term, I think PAIR will compliment the sleek, studly, speedy Amati. Please correct me if I heard wrong. sg
