zapara states he can not pay for lawyer. but aznt will move to strike his answer.zapara is currently being sued by another bb he was promoting also. you must understand it was zapara who provided the stock to back this shorting. of course he was not to be counted on when it came time to cover these shorts. the aznt stock is frozen in charles schwabb account. court case is continued as zapara gets another attorney. spider
