Great questions, Paul, on FTRK. Shares are 2.5 mil in the float according to Dr. Harvey who has been in the company for many months.
I imagine they will concentrate first in Florida since they are located there and there are countless hospitals, rest homes, condos, etc who might want Direct TV.
I have a call into the company officials (in fact an individual from the company was polite enough to call me right back and tell me they would call after the shareholders meeting this week) and am hoping that some of our friends in Las Vegas will meet them at the CES show Jan 8-11.
I can't go. Some more DD needs to be done, but their technical expertise in the satellite area is superb, as evidenced by their auto satellite tracking product they created for the RV and Boat market.
Also, I am excited about thier acquisition of Millenium Publications. I think the $6,000,000 they will generate form the hot gaming market is a superb value.
I need to do a bit more DD, but at under $1.00, I decided to take a signicant position in FTRK.
More DD later..it might be over $1.00 by then, but you might want to wait or call the comapny yourself, the best way to do DD.
