Can't comment intelligently on the rumors. Looks like DD is super buy if you can buy it near where it closed on Thursday...little risk with upside potential. MTC bothers me by selling off from the high of 50 ( near resistance level)...should move higher on the good news but perhaps the stock has discounted this somewhat. Note that PFE is also a co-promoter of celebrex.

12/31 14:05 *MONSANTO [MTC-news] SAYS GETS LETTER OF
APPROVAL FROM FDA FOR
CELEBREX

CHICAGO, Dec 31 (Reuters) - Life sciences firm Monsanto Co.
[MTC-news] said on Thursday the U.S. Food and Drug
Administration approved its Celebrex drug to treat rheumatoid
arthritis and osteoarthritis, which affect about 16 million
Americans. Celebrex is the first in a new class of drugs known as
COX-2 inhibitors. They are designed to work as well as other
analgesics such as aspirin, ibuprofen and naproxen, but without
potentially fatal side effects.

Analysts have said the market for Celebrex is huge, with potential
sales of $1 billion in the first year in the United States alone.

(However, I recall reading that if you're allergic to aspirin you shouldn't take celebrex!)

Am still long AGPH and am planning to add on a pull back to mid 50's.

(Off topic: Take a look at CNTO and CHIR if the bio's interest you.)
