Randy I am not sure what caused the move but the $100,000,000 debt issue seems to have made sceptical observers take a closer look at ERSI.
I feel that this is good for the whole industry. If Telepanel were to do the same they probably would experience a rerating. They seem extremely cheap at just under $2 compared to ERSI.
