Ron - if Saddam was a 'threat to his neighbours' (IMO a dubious assertion at best before the latest American/British strikes) what, then, is North Korea? I think that Iraq has become a convenient whipping boy who can be attacked at little risk - with little if no danger to American lives, with the added attraction of using the latest weapons against almost undefended targets. North Korea on the other hand is a horse of a different stripe - lives would undoubtedly be lost and the attitude of China is not predictable.

Unfortunately we have become suckers for the propaganda machines in Washington and London - the press buys the stories lock stock and barrel. E
