Dear Doug, Just had a conversation with an oldtime Sec atty.If it can be proven than it is a civil violation.And to prove it,it must go before the courts.All US COS must provide full and fair disclosure in a timely manner.All of this I i am told can be found in the[SK]section of the Securities code. Better be sure of your facts because if not you will be getting into a very involved process.Regards,lef
