Bill Lin, I wanted to say how intriguing and insightful I found your "reply" post #2655. You certainly went way beyond my musings on this issue of bandwidth management into multi-client buildings or campuses. Your comments on the apparent business models of the active CLECs and ISPs were especially thought provoking. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts in such detail.
