Yes, I think most people have left this board. Personally, I have stopped posting on CYPB until I hear about a marketing partner and formal FDA approval. I have spoken with a few rheumatologists who are very skeptical about the Prosorba column. There are some caveats with the clinical trial (which has not been published yet!), it is expensive, invasive, and benefits only a minority of refractory RA patients. Granted, with a good marketing effort CYPB should get some revenue from this product. I am just concerned about the lack of enthusiasm I have heard from rheumatologists I have spoken to.
