Legacy Software continues listing on Nasdaq
CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Dec 8 (Reuters) - Legacy Software Inc. said Tuesday it has been granted an exception to continue its listing on the Nasdaq Smallcap Market until Jan. 29, when its reverse merger with Videocall International Corp. is scheduled to occur.
While it is covered under the exception, it will be traded on the Nasdaq Smallcap Market under the ticker symbol LGCYC, the company said.
Once its merger is effect, the company must meet the minimum price requirement of $4 per share to continue to be listed on the Nasdaq Smallcap Market, said Eugene Rosov, Videocall president.
If the company fails to meet the terms of the exemption it shall continue to be listed on the OTC-Bulletin Board.
