Doesn't SYQT have lawsuits pending against Castlewood? Wouldn't a purchase by IOM give them this leverage? I would imagine that if there was any merit to Castlewood lawsuits from SYQT then IOM may consider purchase of SYQT as a strategic leverage against Castlewood. Its a lot easier to kill it before it takes off then to compete against it afterwards IMHO. Regards, Jeff Sheeran
