Well indeed it has been an explosive year of progress - for the Dror family interests. It looks like they found a way to convert some of their unsalable properties and assets into stock that they may have been freely trading. The fact that these properties are all on the market for sale and the company has no plans for developing these properties, coupled with the statement from their 10SB12G that they currently have no offers suggests that this was a mighty good deal for the Dror family.

Take that piece of property on Dickinson Bayou, you know the one that they would have you believe is worth so much because of the TransTexas Gas/Davis Oil well in the middle of the Bay there. Forget for a moment that they don't own the mineral rights there. And never mind that Trans Texas has connected to a pipeline to the east and won't be going in the direction of Dickinson Bayou. So just who is going to buy this property? And how much did the Dror family pay for it? And how much did they realize with the transfer to EDII? A profit I might add that is not likely available to them absent this unique means of selling.

Yeah, I would say that it has been an explosive growth year for the Drors.
