For the record the proxy you recieved announcing Mr Fisher,Mr. Lindauer and Mr. Winslow is correct...and audited count of shareholder votes as of 12/23 confirms the majority rule. Alson note that a registration statement was filed on 12/23...this is a formality making the company a 12g fully reporting company. Mr. Lindauer is a director of Waterside who invested 1.5$ directly in the company ( i think their symbol is wscc:nasdaq)... as a shareholder this is good news..finally somebody at the helm who can conduct quality business (Mr. Fischer)and make good business decisions as this company grows... Say goodbye to Mr. Bellezza.......
