I am so pleased, there is actually a sense of humor on this thread. I would suggest that Dr. K expand his practice even farther and include Big D, Little D or is it D Head--whatever. Just hope that dear sweet 60 year old man is included. I have long suspected that he suffers from Alzheimers.
