**OT** bp, the dogs, the fact that they did not work in 1998 might very well put them ahead of the curve for 1999. By the way, from these I think that BA is a better "deal" then EK. Another small outfit I am in is PROG, it is making new highs as well, but it is still undiscovered, in essence it could become an EGGS, except it makes money (which might be a detriment for an internuts stock (VBG)) and is priced very very rationally, IMHO.

PS, also, he should nopt deploy the whole sum at once, he may want to stagger getting in in four chunks over three to four months, take those new highs, for instance, on a retrenchment to the bottom of their respective trading ranges. |
