What does this mean, indeed. It raises several questions. Highest on the list is how does this effect the proposed (CNHH) Greek shipping acquisition? Did Mark resign to pursue this acquisition without the conflict of interest of being an officer in both companies? Did Mark resign because he has lost credibility with (CNHH) over the debacled attempt in 1998? When you call Mark can you get a status report? The last I heard this proposed acquisition is still viable.
