TOUP has technical errors in their press release. A more appropriate unit is gigawatt-hours which is a unit of total energy. Gigawatt is a unit of power and is an appropriate measure of electricity produced moment to moment. Gigawatt-hours is the net energy over a period of time: seconds, minutes, days, months, years, etc. I'm extremely cautious on this one as the AquaFuel sounds a lot like hydrogen. I don't see how they can derive any net energy in the process, only expend excess energy in the conversion to AquaFuel.
